The Right TCO Will Help You:

Convert More of the Right Patients – No more wasted consultations. Your TCO will help guide patients to YES, ethically and confidently

Deliver an Outstanding Patient Experience – Build trust, answer objections, and provide a seamless journey from consultation to treatment

Increase Conversion Rates & Revenue – Turn more inquiries into paying patients without dentists having to “sell.”

Gain More Patient Referrals – Happy patients talk. A smooth TCO-led process will naturally generate more word-of-mouth recommendations.

Increase Hourly Rate & Turnover – Maximise practice profitability by optimising your case acceptance process.

Reduce the Cost of Free Consultations – Dentists shouldn’t be spending valuable chair time on consultations that don’t convert. A trained TCO ensures only serious patients reach the dentist, protecting your revenue.
If Your TCO Isn’t Converting, You’re Losing Revenue – Let’s Change That.
A trained TCO can be the difference between a thriving practice and one constantly chasing follow-ups. Dentists should focus on dentistry—not chasing patients. Your TCO should be handling patient communication, answering objections, and driving conversions.
The problem? Many TCOs are placed in the role with little guidance. They don’t fully understand their responsibilities and are often under utilised.
That’s where we come in.

Don’t just take our word for it, see what others have to say

I’m frequently asked two questions by my clients and others who I meet on my travels:
- Do you think it’s a good idea to bring a TCO-led patient experience into my practice?
- How do I start and who do I ask for help?
The answer to the first question is an unequivocal “YES”.
Since day one of Laura’s TCO training and consultancy business, she has been my #1 answer to the second question.
Laura “owns” this territory in dentistry and has a long-established track record in the delivery of TCOs who are brilliant at the job.
It’s a no-brainer - just do it.

In my opinion, the Treatment Coordinator (TCO) is a pivotal role in a progressive private practice. A skilled and well-trained TCO can save the dentist a lot of time, as well as generate a lot of income by increasing the rate of case acceptance.
Laura is leading the training of senior staff in the UK, and is exceptional with her verbal skills for enhanced communication and “co-discovery”.
I have no hesitation in recommending Laura and her team to help improve your team’s skills and performance.
Dr Ashish B Parmar

As far as we are concerned, Laura Horton invented Treatment Coordination and then invented how to train teams in Treatment Coordination.
The thing that has been most effective for us is that Laura is genuine, relevant and a brilliant educator.
She is able to teach her portfolio of business education topics in a way that is massively well-received and comfortable for dental teams - something which seems to be entirely lacking across many aspects of the industry.
Laura continues to inspire us at The Campbell Clinic as she attends to provide courses or to assist us in our own education.
It has been a pleasure to work with her for this long and we plan to continue do so for as long as possible.
